Brilliant

"One vodka, two vodka, three vodka, floor!" will now forever be stuck in my head.

Not only that, but you have charming an amazing graphics to go with it. I'd never think of animals dancing to this song - great idea, with great graphics.

The sound quality itself was tremendous - great in itself - you could have just listened to the song, and I'd give this a 4.

However, the animation is like the cake itself. The best part. You have mice (?) dancing to the music, slamming the vodka glass down... classic.

Great work! I'm looking forward to more in the future!

A given "Meh"

I fail to see a distinct point, plot, sound, or good graphics, in/to this flash. The graphics well, just as you said, "Badly Drawn Stickman" fits it perfectly well. Just seems you through it together in a few days work...

The Sound... was where? Sound is neccessary in almost all submissions, and you needed it here... however, with its lack, I found nearly no interest in the entire movie itself.

I did find it a tinch funny how people were disappearing and such...

But the ending was a dissapointment... there was none. Make one of those as well.

Pretty much, you have a good idea going here, but it just lacks the essentials.

Bezman responds:

The graphics were meant to be what they are. Just wobbly b+w fbf. I think there is a plot. It's incomplete, but it's meant to be about the evolution of a drawn stickman and him becoming slowly better drawn and such.

I just submitted it for feedback (to see how I was doing). After getting not one positive remark, I got totally discouraged and never finished.

Ah well.

Stay funky,

Jello Wall!

This is some amazing motion-tweening you've got going here. Bill Cosby and the Jello wall was great. Although, Mario and bunch just stood there, like biffling morons, trying to think "how to beat a darn jello wall"... wow.

The movie itself never ended, and you matched it up perfectly. I loved the concept of a "Jello Wall", and I loved the idea that you only had to move maybe three things in a motion tween. The rest of the stuff was probably already part of an already made background, maybe a screenie or something. Could be interesting to find out where you got it.

Also, my speakers were off for some reason, so I'm just guessing there's sound.

Anyhow, great job X-Naut. Yet another hit from you... never ends! Wonderful classic!

Thanks for your optimitsticness on my greatness.

Pretty Horrible

However, unlike many blockheads, I'm writing a good quality review, with some constructive criticism - if I told you that you sucked, that wouldn't help you, now would it?

For starters, you have a hairy fat guy doing DDR. It just doesn't look right. And, it seems he's been cut out pretty badly out of some other thing. Just make the things look a bit more real, and this will be much better.

Then, you have the arrows at the top, and the ones going off the screen, that serve absolutly no purpose. It's funny, but I think it'd be better if you could make it, so they either have purpose, or aren't there.

The graphics were your real downfall. They were horrible. Work on it some more with some tutorials, and I'm positive you'll improve.

Good luck with this!

Smon responds:

Thank you for using your brain unlike many of the NGers, anyway, based on your review I can't tell if you actually watched the thing, you see the hairy guy (MC Hammer)is a play button, but thank you for thinking. You get an A+ in my book.

Graphics are incredible

Well, looking through my older reviews, you once responded to one of my reviews in late July, where I considered your graphics amazing - you said to check out your other flashes, something I regret not doing sooner.

The sheer quality of this is spectacular. It's as if one painted all the apartment buildings and people in Manhatten a greenish grey, and just scoped the city.

The length was perfect - anything passed that, and it probably would've been horribly boring.

But, you hit the spot - and the end was amazing as well, with the suicidal jumper. Great way to end it.

Again however, your graphics stand out. It's just incredible.

Lambi responds:

Thatnks a lot! That review was one of the best Ive ever gotten!
