Alright.

I've seen this flash once previously, but it would probably make more sense to me if I had actually watched your other flashes. I was able to get some of the jokes still by knowing who most these people were though -- without that knowledge, I would've been confused as hell.

The voice acting, like usual, was superb, but I was disappointed by crackles that kept popping up during the flash... and I couldn't hear the tub girl person (I really should watch your other flashes... and I will!)

The length was quite long, the comedy that I got was funny, and the references were everywhere.

Nice work!
(This marks my thirteenth review of your flashes -- only sixty-nine more to go... heh. Sixty-nine...)

Wait until you see the sequel. ;)

Spectacular!

This is by far one of your most enjoyable works -- it was formulaic, but still very enjoyable nonetheless.

Firstly, I loved how you exploited the fact that your a stat whore -- Afro's joke about "getting the first of the year and now this?" was perfect -- I laughed quite a lot while watching this quality submission.

I'm enjoying your flashes more and more as you ween yourself off speakonia -- it seems you've finally found a decent microphone, and your flashes are increasing because of it.

I loved how Graham made an appearance (I still hate teh Goatse! D:<... and if it wasn't Graham, sorry man. :P), and I enjoyed the characters. Best of all was your transformation into Fagamut... simply loved it.

Like usual, a great submission -- keep it up!
(This marks my twelfth review of your flashes -- only seventy more to go! ... I think that's enough for one day. :P)

TRANSFORMERS! DRAGONS IN DISGUISE!

Satisfactory.

Well, this wasn't too bad Bahamut -- this one had actual voice acting, and as such, I enjoyed it more... but the story was truly too boring (I was thinking of using "convoluted", but I decided a more simple word was better for a more simple flash) to keep my attention.

Bahamut, this time you got onto a weird ship thing, had a corny Snakes on a Plane note, got locked in a cryogenic chamber, and counted down the New Year. Sadly, I didn't laugh once, save at the variety of stupid characters counting down the New Year -- but the other jokes felt like misses to me... sorry (SOAP completely missed this time 'round).

The voice acting was so much better than the Speakonia though, that I gave this flash high marks anyways.

Cheers!
(This marks my tenth review of your flashes [oh yeah!] -- only seventy-two more to go!... well, seventy-three on Friday, you bastard. :P)

kinggila responds:

90% of my flashes since Bahamut: ATWI80D 03 are Speakonia free! :D

So sad... :(

That epilogue was just so sad... it was you, Bahamut! You ruined the world for everyone else! :(

Anyways, I want to start off by complimenting Andersson's music choices -- I agree with him in that Iron Maiden is the best band ever. Rock on! :D

The speakonia, like usual, was grating, but did the job. It was a better story than the average Adolf Hitler submission though -- an interesting choice indeed. Still, I'm sort of sad that this installment won't be continued...

Like usual, a great job!

Yes, there are 82 flashes now, but on Friday, I'll be submitting my 83rd flash.

Actually, I might have another flash done TOMORROW!

Hahaha....

I didn't particularly enjoy listening to a speakonia voice telling me the whistle rules after I've read them a dozen times, but hey -- I guess it's needed.

I thought that like usual, Bahamut's design was amazing. I thought that the room he was originally speaking in was of nice quality as well, but... the whole whistle thing took far too long, and listening to that voice was painful.

After awhile, even the background music went away -- were you getting lazy towards then?

In the end segment, the text was far too late after the speakonia voice -- it was somewhat of a nuisance to have to wait for the text to come...

This submission felt like you didn't even try this time -- and I mean it. This isn't abusive... you just copied the rules onto the speakonia program and didn't even bother to sync the text with the speak.

Still, I enjoyed it! :D
(This marks my seventh review of your flashes -- only seventy-five more to go!)

kinggila responds:

I'm always lazy. :(

Cool, in denial!...

It wasn't too bad for your first flash, Bahamut. It wasn't bad at all. :D

For starters, I thought the sprites were a tad (way) oversized for this submission... stretching them out that far really made the pixels look a bit low-quality. The animations were all fairly simple -- the left guy's head nodding with the music, a small mouth that looks totally out of place on both of them, and a seldom angry face ( >:( ) that tweens through in the background.

I can understand the epilepsy warning -- that made a strobe light look like child's play -- still, the best part of the flash. :D

The backgrounds were simple at best, fitting in with backgrounds from various old games or no background at all. They were so simple, in fact, that I felt they were boring -- after my eyes started to wander from the two guys who have a nodding complex, I was disappointed to find little detail in the back as eye candy.

The music... well, I'm not much of a System of a Down fan, but it was still a funny piece to use -- especially when you have sprites singing to it. Interesting concept though.

Overall, a good piece -- well done!
(This marks my sixth review of your flashes -- only seventy-six more to go!)

kinggila responds:

Wow, I thought you reviewed this flash already. I guess not. Anyway...

The two characters = Edgar and Locke

The backgrounds were taken from the NES FFI game, but the characters are from FFVI. :P

I'm not much into System of a Down anymore, but I don't mind listening to them every now and again.

LOL, good luck on reviewing all my flashes and thanks for reviewing this flash Nomader. :)

Outstanding!

This was a story of epic proportions that I'm not sure I'll ever see on Newgrounds again. The story of Mario... and Sonic.

Sound familiar? Yep -- it's overused, but Bahamut mixed perfection with perfection to create astounding perfection. It hypnotized me as I watched Sonic spin constantly (quite literally) in a whirlwind of depression, with a whip (or a fork), ready to strike at his enemy... the statue un-moving and powerful.

The music was strong in this one again -- the gibberish that woman sung sounded pretty awesome (I thought she was speaking British for a bit... :P), the previous submissions were awesome, and I loved it all.

Amazing work, Bahamut!

kinggila responds:

Epic x a billion

Oh noes!

Bahamut... I hate teh Goatse. ;(

Seriously now, the flash wasn't exactly a stellar effort here (no offense meant, my friend). Much of it was just motion tweening, though effort can be seen in the movement of Afro's and Goatse's mouths.

The storyline was a bit ridiculous, though to celebrate Graham in the portal is a tiny bit sad. Anyhow, it was at least a good effort overall.

Like usual with your submissions, the audio was supurb -- the Speakonia never sounded better, and the song at the end was hularious enough for me to actually enjoy this flash.

Nice work!

kinggila responds:

Graham called you a fucking prick. XP

Intriguing

Well, I must say that it was a weird submission -- scarier still was the happiness of the song, but the depressing reality of the content. Truth be told, I should've expected it when I watched it, but I didn't.

The animation is superb -- really good. It wasn't amazing in the way that every strand of hair was animated perfectly, but in the sense of style, the simple drawing really resonated with me.

The music is somewhat odd. It sort of sounds happy, but at the same time, it feels empty, and in the context of the situation in this flash, it fits the bill. The whole "Love You" part at the end was weird (I won't lie on that), but it worked.

The length was my largest problem with this movie -- it was just too short. I felt I was just beginning to watch it when it finally ended.... although, truth be told, it's still an amazing flash.

Great work!

Amazing.

This has so many great lines in it, it's hard to start this review off without one of them -- but because I figure you wrote the flash, there's no need to remind you about how awesome this one ended up being. :D

I enjoyed the storyline -- Afro Stud gets killed by you when you drop a vending machine on him (nice job), and then you have a lame dream where you get tons of money. I laughed.

The voice acting, like usual, was superb. Good job on making such amazing voices for Afro and yourself -- nice microphone.

I do question why you went for the Dr. Pepper, when the Coca Cola (clearly the better choice) sat in the same vending machine -- I guess you got what you deserved then when you tried to buy it. :P

Per usual, the storyline, though stupid, an the show -- I loved every bit of it. I'm looking forward to the next installment!

kinggila responds:

Dr. Pepper > Coca Cola

Also, I hope you look forward to the fourth episode of News Reporter, even though you won't be aware of him just yet (you have a lot of catch-up on :P).
